January 2009 Notices to Students

1098T's are now available. You should have received an email from 1098@eforms.uwsa.edu in your UWRF email account with instructions on how to access your 1098T electronically. You can also access it through the website here.

Billing notices were emailed on January 8th for all students with transactions occurring since the last bill. This includes Spring registration. Please note that the billing statement will reflect one of the following:
*Balance Due: you have an amount due on your student account.
*Credit Balance: Your student account is overpaid. A refund will automatically generate within two weeks.
*Zero Balance: Your student account is paid in full.

**Please note that all prior term charges must be paid before registering for future terms.

Spring tuition and fees have been posted to student accounts. Most of the housing and dining charges have been posted. There are some housing and dining charges that may not yet be posted. Spring charges are due on February 5th.

Direct deposit refunds will be available within 2-4 business days of your email notification. Paper checks will be mailed two business days after processing. Please allow for mail time. Refund checks will NOT be handed out at the Cashier's office.

The Cashier's hours are 8:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m Monday through Friday. Pay online at any time. Payments post to accounts immediately and there is no fee for paying online with an eCheck. Click here for a make a payment tutorial.

Accessing Billing Information in eSIS QuikPAY ®

Students: To see tuition and fee transaction detail click on the View & Pay Bill link in the Financials section of your eSIS Student Center . Select View Accounts to see transactions occurring since your last bill.  Select Current Statement for your most recent bill. Select Statement History for previous transactions that have been billed.

Parents and Other Authorized Payers: You need to get a login name and password from your student. Click Here for the QuikPAY log in page.

Sudents and Authorized Payers - If your email address changes, please update it in eSIS QuikPAY User Options. QuikPAY email notifications returned as undeliverable are not forwarded. Thank You.

 

Electronic Bills

Tuition and fee bills are delivered electronically to current students. No paper bills are mailed. You can print a hard copy of the bill from eSIS QuikPAY ® >View Accounts>Current Statement and select the .PDF icon.

Students and others that students have designated as "Authorized Payers" will receive an email when bills are available electronically. UWRF EMAIL IS THE OFFICIAL MEANS OF COMMUNICATION FOR UWRF BILLING INFORMATION . Emails sent to Authorized Payers are sent as a courtesy only. Non receipt of the email notification does not excuse late payments. Billing information can be accessed online in eSIS QuikPAY ® at any time.
